Live parts are easily accessible. The discharge voltage is too high after disconnection from the mains. A user may receive an electric shock. Moreover, the electrical insulation and the clearance / creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient, hence the product could overheat and start a fire. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60335.
